Started with high hopes, the game streaming service Stadia has a largely difficult situation. Now you try to convince more players with a free offer.
Google Stadia will certainly have fallen short of expectations so far, even according to Google's taste, but the internet giant is far from giving up. Therefore, a new campaign has now been launched to convince new players of the streaming service.
While we have to spend most of the time indoors, even in the best weather due to the corona virus, a test run by Stadia is particularly useful. Google is now temporarily offering the Pro subscription to the game streaming service for free to try out.
Free access is available in 14 countries, including Germany. To do this, you must register on stadia.com from now on to receive the two-month pro access free of charge. You can then play the new titles directly as part of this subscription, namely GRID, Destiny 2: The Collection or Thumper.
However, to relieve the strain on the network, you also have to make temporary use of a limited bandwidth at Stadia – as you know from Netflix and its peers. The standard image resolution was temporarily reduced from 4K to 1080p.
