Next month May 26th, Underground Pits will finally released on Nintendo Switch and many other platforms including the Xbox Game Pass. It actually should have come this month but was delayed at the last minute.
Why is this? Speaking to Eurogamer recently, Mojang executive producer David Nisshagen explained how it came about due to a combination of features and use of the platform, the impact of coronavirus outbreaks (and concerns about health and safety of employees) and the fact of the team just wanted to bring a better end product to players.
We don't want to impress teams at this time. We may have been made (old day) but it might have been fun – on the part of the team and the players, we weren't sure they would find a fun, fun game. So by taking this last little time, we will have a better product for perfection and a happy team to be proud of.
As noted by Nisshagen, the team may have made an earlier date (possibly referring to the April launch) but opted not to – which will result in a better match.
If you hadn't heard about this Minecraft The spin-off front, inspired by the traditional handicapped handicapped – allows you to team up with three other players (online or in-play) to bring down the bad crowds. At the same time, you have to pack up your weapons and stuff, and collect the treasure.
According to the same interview, Mojang has acquired UK Studio Double Eleven to help with versions of the game. Nisshagen also revealed how its team is now focusing on content after its launch.
