Rumor has it that Banjo-Kazooie has re-emerged over the past few months, fans are so excited that they want to return this pair of fun-loving characters that were hugely popular at the time, but sadly once again the developers have officially announced that the studio is not working on a new game in the franchise. Last year in November, Playtonic Games made this same confirmation, but apparently, the rumors have not stopped since 2020 began and they had no choice but to disappoint Banjo-Kazooie fans through a new shared post on his official Twitter.
In this announcement, Playtonic Games have said that they do not like that people are getting excited about something that is not really going to happen, so it will take much longer to revive Banjo-Kazooie. And despite the fact that they have made things clear, many think that there is a chance to see a new title in the future, be it as a remaster, remake, or just a new game created from scratch.

Banjo-Kazooie arrived in the world of video games on June 29, 1998 for Nintendo 64, since then they had sequels that reached until 2008 in the title "Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts" for Xbox 360. This means that almost 12 years have passed since they had a game, and considering that The new generation of consoles is about to arrive, it's time for Banjo-Kazooie to have a continuation with graphics and improved gameplay.
