PS5: Backward compatibility that brings great returns to the catalog
The new generation consoles are giving a lot to talk about, especially when declaring some of the characteristics that will shine for this great leap in the world of video games. But, so much Xbox Series X from Microsoft as the Sony console have a function highly desired by gamers: backward compatibility.
It was Mark Cerny himself during his developer talk that confirmed the backward compatibility of the PS5. And although many appreciated that PS3, PS2 and even the original PlayStation were among the options, finally there was talk that only PS4 titles will be the chosen ones of which only the 100 most played will be the first to arrive. Or, at least, that's what the company has specified in its presentation.
We still do not know what the selected games are and from when they will be available, if it will be at their launch or soon, but many already vote for those installments that they do not want to lose along the way. Or that, according to new graphic enhancement with raytracing and haptic control they will have before them a new experience.
The PS5 features have an interesting variety of advantages, but this time we focus on the titles that can come. Of course, we are not talking about Watch Dogs Legion or Godfall ps5, titles that will have their exclusivity on the Sony console, but of games that have gone through PlayStation 4 and that sound strongly for the new generation.
