Attention space pilots! EVERSPACE 2: Wrath of the Ancients starts in space in May.
Rockfish Games confirms the publication date for the new expansion of EVERSPACE 2, the award-winning loot shooter of the independent Hamburg studio.
EVERSPACE 2: Wrath of the Ancient continues the history of Everspace 2 and leads space pilots to new star systems with new challenges and still unknown enemies. The expansion will be available on May 12, 2025 on Steam, Gog, Xbox and PlayStation with English and German voice output for $ 29.99.

EVERSPACE 2: Wrath of the Ancients brings new post-game and side quest stories to the cluster 34. Players can explore four new star systems with new enemies, secrets and puzzles. There will also be a new player ship whose powerful skills combos enable a completely new playing style.
“Space pilots only have to be patient for a few weeks until they can experience this new, exciting chapter of the Everspace saga. EVERSPACE 2: Wrath of the Ancents and EverSpace 2: Titans were made possible by a partial financing of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. “The German video game industry is still strong and is supported by generous grants from the German government in order to create better competitive conditions compared to other countries that have been granting tax relief for decades,” says Schade.
“These grants contribute to the creation of jobs and finance creative projects that show German technology and expertise in many different play genres. At the same time for the publication of EVERSPACE 2: Wrath of the Ancients, the official soundtrack and the Artbook will appear as DLCs for PC, which contains music and illustrations since the basic game was published. In addition, a Galactic Edition, the EverSpace 2 and all extensions on Xbox and PlayStation are published in one package.
