Milestone and MotoGP have published the “Beyond the Grid” trailer today and thus give a deep insight into the upcoming MotoGP25. The motorcycle racing simulation was developed for the first time in the Unreal Engine 5.
The game will contain all official content of the 2025 season, including highlights such as the return of the legendary route from Brno in the Czech Republic and the latest entry in the racing calendar, the Balaton Park Circuit in Hungary.
There are also numerous innovative features that enable both newcomers and professionals to enjoy the MotoGP experience to the fullest.

The brand new mode “Race Off” makes the gaming experience even more varied, because you can try out different motorcycle types – a novelty in the history of the franchise.
As with real drivers, fans can train in three unique disciplines with different physics and handling, which are available both in the career and as a single event.
The following bikes are available:
- Motard: Fast motorcycle to learn how to master speed and handling
- Flat Track: an off-road motorcycle with which you can keep control even under difficult conditions
- Minibike: Small but precise two -wheeler that requires a high degree of accuracy
Every type of motorcycle sharpens the skills of the players and also unlocks special rewards.
MotoGP25 also marks the introduction of two different driving physics, which enable everyone to run according to their own preferences. The “Arcade Experience” is perfect for those who want to plunge directly into action without losing authenticity.
Handling the motorcycle is easier and there is no need to think about setups and fine -tuning. It offers the players fast and accessible gameplay, which still captures the essence of the MotoGP. The “Pro Experience”, on the other hand, is pure simulation. Here you can set and optimize numerous elements such as motorcycle settings, tire management, driving aids, electronics and fuel consumption.
There is another innovation for fans of a realistic racing experience, namely a refined bike development system, in which the improvement of the performance of the motorcycle is entirely in the hands of the players. Communication with the team will also be of fundamental importance, since the players can suggest changes to the team engineers in special debriefs and meetings.
As soon as the motorcycle has been modified based on the input, it will be possible to evaluate the updates in special test sessions and then achieve the perfect setup.
MotoGP 25 also offers a significant improvement in the sound: the bikes roar louder than ever and offer an authentic motorcycle sound that was created with live recordings of the original motorcycles.
From the route, the rivalries with other drivers become even clearer thanks to the revised feature “Social Relationships Management”. A new HUD helps to better understand the status of every competitor and to anticipate your features based on the development of its rivalry.
Of course, everything is checked by the FIM MotoGP Stewards, the racing control system, which was introduced in the last chapter and has now been brought up to date. The behavior and results of the players also have a major impact on the possibilities that are available on the driver's market in the low season.
As far as the multiplayer mode is concerned, the players in MotoGP 25 will be able to compete with the cross-play, the new ranking race, the Live GP Championship* and the local split screen mode for two players.
Finally, the new chapter of the MotoGP franchise unleashes the creativity of the players by in-game editors. From the helmet to stickers, the racing number and the butt patch to the new paneling emotes, countless creations can be created and shared with the community on request*.
MotoGP 25 will be released on April 30, 2025 for PlayStation 4 | 5, Xbox Series X | s, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC on Steam and in the Epic Game Store.
