The director of God of War, Cory Barlog, is a very active user in social networks like Twitter, where he shares his tastes and hobbies. This December 29 Barlog answered a Twitter thread where a user proposed to resurrect an IP of our choice in exchange for deleting a current one. The director of God of War avoided the controversy by not choosing which one he would eliminate, since he has only chosen the title that would resurrect and would like to see a new installment.
Dear Nintendo,
My body is ready for a modern GOLDEN SUN game built on the still smouldering ashes of literally EVERY ONE of these franchises! Franchises I love very much, just not as much as GOLDEN SUN.
In conclusion… you have my sword, and my bow, and my ax.
hugsies,

Cory Barlog showed his followers the classic and endearing RPG called Golden Sun, in its Game Boy Micro. The image was accompanied by a tweet to Nintendo managers asking for a new installment of the franchise, which received its last title in 2010 for the Nintendo DS. These were Cory's words to Nintendo:
Dear Nintendo, My body is ready for a modern Golden Sun game, built on its still burning ashes of literally each of these franchises. Franchises that I love very much, but not as much as Golden Sun. In conclusion, you have my sword, my bow and my ax. Hugs, Cory.
