Currently only two PCIe M.2 SSDs are market-enabled by the brand. They both represent the best of the house and differ in three details between them: the interface, the capacity and the performance of each model.

Corsair MP600 500 GB
The MP600 range stands for PCIe Gen 4 entry and, as a result, they feature a Phison PS5016 controller that will be compatible 96-layer TLC NAND Flash. In this capacity 500 GB is achieved Read 4,950 MB / s and 2,500 MB / s write, both in succession.
This SSD range includes a standard heatsink that can be removed for installation on motherboards with their own. Corsair confirms in this model 850 TBW.
Corsair MP600 1TB

It represents the best of PCIe Gen 3 and unlike my brother the MP600 comes with a host of capabilities available. This 240 GB is likely to be heavily compensated in terms of performance and price.
And unlike my brother we can find two variations of its controller: Phison PS5012 E7 (first generation) or Phison PS5012 E12 (second generation). The differences between them are small and simply represent an improvement in temperatures and include two types of firmware.
Its effectiveness goes up to 3100 MB / s sequential readings and 1050 MB / s chronologically, all by 400 TBW.
Corsair MP510 480 GB
Type of 480 GB this SSD logically has all of the aforementioned 240 GB sharing except for its performance and durability. Here is his NAND Flash Toshiba TLC 3D to give 3480 MB / s read and 2000 MB / s to write about 800WW fitness.
Corsair MP510 960 GB
