For years Android has been known for being a program with more errors and stability issues than iOS, its biggest rival to overcome. Fortunately, times have changed, and Android is a program that has not only improved performance, design and security, but also stability. But these days, you may find that your mobile is frozen, and it's much more common than you think.
Aside from testing and unusual scenarios (testing non-compatible mobile applications, for example), I can't remember the last time an app had an unexpected shutdown. Already with my Nexus 4 status saying the condition was not normally available for closure or hanging, but this is something that has changed in recent days.
Android 10 and an unexpected return of risk: this mobile system is always frozen
A few weeks ago I started to see a strange situation on several phones. The screen was locked and there was nothing I could do except to close the app or close the mobile screen. At the time I thought maybe it was because the apps I use in my day are mostly with betas (versions with the latest news but not yet ready for everyone).
Where I had a lot of problems was on my Pixel 2 XL.
I had these errors with the Pixel 2 XL and Galaxy Note 10+, the Android phones I use the most. But far from being a bit of a mistake, they seem to be showing up on the handset of most manufacturers, almost all of them with Android 10.
Am I the only one with these kind of problems at times? Random apps are just catching up and I have to shut down from recent apps #oneplus pic.twitter.com/PfjZKVlk1e

The error I had is the same as the one you wrote, for example @CBuzle on Twitter. As they say in Android Authority, they themselves suffer from their Pixel 4 XL, which shows reports from various users of Pixel, OnePlus and Xiaomi, especially on Android 10, but also on Android 11 (which is highly expected, because it's a development version).
If after watching this video you feel that these days have happened to you, you know that it's not a one-time thing and it happens to many people, more or less. Since it is a mistake that affects several products, we can understand that it is an error code for Android or a particular service (it may, for example, an interruption in Google Play services), so it will most likely disappear within the next few weeks.
