Actually, the PC version of Death Stranding should be released on June 2nd, but nothing will come of it. Kojima Productions announced a move a few minutes ago.

Kojima Productions announced via Twitter that the PC implementation of the once PS4-exclusive Death Stranding will be postponed to July 14, 2020 due to the currently common calamities caused by home office operations.
Following the temporary closure of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS, we have had to delay the PC launch of DEATH STRANDING to July 14, 2020, to allow more development time amidst the current work-from-home orders in place. Unfortunately, not the only postponement due to the corona pandemic. Recently, other high-profile and highly anticipated titles such as The Last Of Us 2 have been caught. In contrast to the latter, Death Stranding, at least, still has a specific date.
Among other things, the PC version should have higher resolutions and better frame rates than the console version. Death Stranding for PC will be released on Steam and in the Epic Games Store.
