Huawei continues to invest in making sure that the US government's decision to ban companies in the country affects its users as little as possible. We have tested a few models outside of Google's services and apps and the company continues to introduce new models.
But even though their cell phones are fully utilized, there are some functions that have been affected in particular such as GPS navigation.
Most users enjoy Google Maps because it's a great app and because it's pre-installed on all phones. However, there are alternatives to the Google Play Store, and one of the best has just made it jump on Huawei's Android app store.
