The fact that you can pee in Death Stranding is no longer a secret and probably does not elicit a stronger reaction from anyone than the subtle raising of the eyebrows. One player has now taken the feature to the extreme: he invested 15 hours to pee his name in the snow. And no, it's not called "Hubert Blaine Wolfeschlegelsteinhausenbergerdorff" (you should google its full name, trust us). No, his user name is Reetae27.
Pee with obstacles
Most of all, it took him so long because the game presented him with some obstacles. For example, he had the idea to pee from a bridge in order to achieve maximum freedom of writing. The existing building that he chose for this had a hologram on it. And Sam cannot play when someone is watching.
The solution was obvious: A bridge had to be built. Reetae27 started looking for the perfect location. To build the bridge, he first had to collect 800 pieces of metal and drive to the building site. For the … ink, he refilled Sam's bladder again and again – this can carry a liter of liquid. And after a few difficulties, he finally succeeded.

After his name, Reetae27 also wrote the entire alphabet in the snow. According to his own statement, it took him several days to do this and it "wasn't particularly fun".
