Nerdy Nummies has surprised its subscribers recently with the publication of a curious video related to Animal Crossing: New Horizons. In it, they teach us how to cook our own cake inspired by the game.
With the ingredients that we leave you below and following the steps shown in the video, we can cook the wonderful cake that you have in the image above. We leave you with the ingredients for two pans of about 20 centimeters approximately:
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 4 cups dark brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- A quarter teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- Half teaspoon of salt
- 3 sticks (12 ounces / 340 grams) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 6 cups of grated carrot
