Located below the village and accessible below the tower, the hospital is an underground facility where players can monitor and treat infected residents. They do this with the help of some technology: Zombie Intensive Care Units (ZICUs), smart machines that bring patients into the hospital through a front door. When this happens, Zombie Villagers are automatically infused with a soft potion, which is just one part of the healing process. To simulate a real-life health system, only one Zombie villager can enter the ZICU at a time. The rest is for the player, who has to give the golden apples to all the patients for a full recovery. When I'm cool, the resident can come back to Villager mosa again, which means I can come back and sing to my dear neighbors! Win-win!
Blockdown Simulator may aim to teach players about the nature of deadly diseases, but nowhere near. In contrast, Joseph and Hugo also encourage players who enjoy the map to share it to spread awareness and help improve the map further:
"Blockdown Simulator will always be a bet," Hugo said. "If you are an engineer, modder, data scientist, or just a little bit, please build on it, tear it up, or do it again. We would love to see it come out, or promote a more powerful tool."
