How much merchandising exists of Pokémon? Possibly more than we can imagine. The most successful franchise in history has more revenue from the sale of these products than from its video games. But oddly enough, there is still no Pokémon Center in Europe. Most of these official stores are concentrated in Asian countries, where they have just opened another with a hyperrealistic Mewtwo in real size. Everything is possible to sell and we are sure that if this figure of the legendary Pokémon were for sale, it would also be sold immediately. But Sentinel has just launched a much more affordable collection for fans.
This is its Polygo line, which portrays Disney and Pokémon characters with polygonal shapes. They had previously brought Pikachu, Charizard and Mewtwo to the market. New smaller figures of Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Gengar, Pikachu and Slowpoke are now added. They measure 5 centimeters each but they are so original that you want to have a pair on your desk. Its design reminds us of video games where the characters were created from a few polygons, so they have a special charm. In addition to these minifigures, they have also presented a larger figure of Eevee (13 centimeters), so adorable that it is worth paying the 60 dollars it could cost.
The latter has a peculiarity because its head, tail and legs can be moved slightly to give another position to the Pokémon. After seeing these models, it is very easy to imagine a figure of Porygon, the normal type of the first generation whose first design of its evolution was discarded for Pokémon Gold and Silver.
