Square Enix already offered a multitude of figures inspired by Final Fantasy VIIbut the launch of Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS4 last month allows the company to debut new models based on the appearance of the characters in the remake -in particular, Cloud, Aeris, Tifa, Barret and Sephiroth-. Two types can be found, the first are statues of Cloud, Aeris, and Sephiroth, and the second are action figures.
Prices vary according to type and character. They can already be booked and the approximate launches are planned for June – statues – or the end of the year and even the beginning of 2021 – action figures.

Square Enix highlights from the Play Arts Kai figures that "This new version presents an updated face from the 3D model of the game", and from the Cloud figure who is "true to his in-game appearance, this detailed figure has been painted with particular attention to small details such as Cloud's confident demeanor, brilliant pendant, and eye color. Cloud comes accompanied by a deadly sword that has a worn look with scratches and rusty parts, giving the impression that this weapon has lived more than one combat ".
