The Fallen Order is being updated with new game modes

Electronic Arts and Entertainment Respawn announced through official blog from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order that today on International Star Wars Day we will get a free update with a few new features that can get some back to the title to play again.

Unfortunately no content is added to the story but maybe two new game modes and stuff will suffice. There is a new Cal skin called "Inquisitor", and a red lamp that fits this ugly look, there are also some lights called Protector I and Protector II to be added to the options catalog.

On the other hand, there is New Journey + which basically we know as New Game + in other titles, the idea is to re-install everything while saving various items from the original game. Obviously you will not continue to make progress on the subject, skills and other essentials, everything else will be available to your establishment, including a new head lamp and your skin and BD-1. Chests also won't have to be recovered and unlocked if you've already done that in your first game.

However, what looks like a very important part of the update is two new modes of the game: Combat Challenges and Battle Grid. The first is actually a predetermined battlefield that will give us 12 different challenges, one more difficult than the other. It's a game mod designed for those who have already passed the game and started New Journey +, so it's special for those in their second game.

The most difficult challenges

Each challenge will also have small tasks such as getting to the finish without being cool or harmless, and some of these mini tasks will reward you with BD-1 skins. They are a difficult challenge so it's best to commit to this if you have the time and patience.

To access these challenges and mode for a second game called Battle Grid you will have to use meditation points spread throughout the game. So you don't have to go exactly as it all happens in Cal's "sense." On its own, the Battle Grid is very similar to the other in that we choose the enemy, the battlefield and the difficulty. Depending on the reaction, this method has some amazing enemies, so be well prepared.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and its new update are available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Epic Games, Steam, and Source.
