Microsoft has published the list of all the games presented so far, most of them on the Inside Xbox this Thursday, May 7, which will be optimized for Xbox Series XThat is, they will use the enhancement of power and other characteristics of the machine to show a more detailed visual section and better loading times, and will bear the seal 'Optimized for Xbox Series X'.
On the official website they do not specify what characteristics each of the games optimized for the machine will present, but they do explain the three key points: "incredible visual fidelity" thanks to 4K resolution and DirectX Raytracing, "next generation frame rate" up to 120 fps and "faster loading times" thanks to the SSD and "integrated software to greatly reduce loading times".
Games optimized for Xbox Series X: Smart Delivery, 4K and HDR
All games listed below harness the power of Xbox Series X, but not all of them have confirmed the use of Smart Delivery (which allows you to buy the game on Xbox One and have it on Xbox Series X), 4K graphics or HDR. We will specify those titles after the enumeration.
From them, Bright Memory: Infinite, Scorn and The Medium they won't have Smart Delivery or have not announced it. Regarding the use of 4K resolution, neither Second Extinction, neither Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 neither Yakuza: Like a Dragon have detailed this feature.
Finally, the HDR is absent, for the moment, in Bright Memory: Infinite, Chorus, Scarlet Nexus, Scorn, Second Extinction, The Medium, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 and Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
That the use of these functions has not been detailed does not mean that the final product will not have them, but Microsoft has not received the information regarding the studies, or that they are still not very clear if they will be able to include these characteristics.
Although not listed, CD Projekt Red announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will have a version for Xbox Series X after the launch of the game on Xbox One and that will have Smart Delivery.
