During TennoCon in 2019, Digital Extremes unveiled the extension The Duviri Paradox, an extension offering players to discover a new area for the open world. Unfortunately, we learn today that this new area will not be released in 2020.
Indeed, the development team has just announced that The Duviri Paradox will be launched at the earliest in 2021. The cause of this delay, even if no date had been announced, is obviously the coronavirus. Working at home prevents developers from going as quickly as possible to design this new extension. However, to reassure us, Warframe will welcome updates as planned in May and June starting with Season 3 of Nightwave to learn more about the history of Nightwave or the content of The Deadlock Protocol. As a reminder, The Deadlock Protocol is a quest lingering over the Warframe Protea.
