DOOM Eternal just released his first DLC for the first time Campaign mode. He has done it through his official Twitter account, where he has shared two spectacular images in-game of this new downloadable chapter, to be included in the game season pass.
Both images represent the new scenarios in which the plot of this new chapter will take place. In the first catch we can see a kind of rocky fortress surrounded by mist and crowned by a gigantic futuristic structure in the middle of a starry night, while in the second another structure is represented also metallic looking but this time in the middle of the sea, with several ships at their feet hit by the strong waves. A DLC without the Mick Gordon soundtrack
At the moment neither Bethesda nor id Software have given more information about the release of this first DOOM Eternal DLC. What we do know is that be included in the season pass called Year One Pass and that this time we did not have Mick Gordon, composer of the soundtrack of the base game due to creative differences between him and the development studio.
Marty Stratton, executive producer of the gameHe recently said that he was "as disappointed as anyone" to find himself in this situation, but that they would adapt to the situation as they had in the past and seek "the most unique and talented artists in the industry to collaborate", at the same time that did not stop praising the composer's work: "Our team has enjoyed this creative collaboration and we know that Mick will continue to delight fans for many years."
DOOM Eternal is the sequel to the hit reboot of the 2016 saga. It was released on March 20 on PS4, Xbox One and PC, although it will also arrive soon -on a date yet to be determined- to Nintendo Switch.
