Jay and Silent Bob: Mall Brawl is now available on PC and Nintendo Switch and to celebrate its managers offer us the launch trailer of this "me against the neighborhood" type game with retro aesthetics.
The title introduces us to Jay and Silent Bob, the characters we met in Clerks, the first Kevin Smith movie and they have later appeared in many of his films. In fact, they starred in their own movie in 2001. And in 2019 there was a complete overhaul of that movie as a reboot.
In this video game we face all kinds of rivals in a mall. And is that the story of this title begins where it ended Mallrats, which were originally released in 1995. It has a cooperative mode for two simultaneous players.
The video game uses a retro aesthetic inspired by the Nintendo 8 bits with visual references such as Kunio-Kun or Double dragon. In fact, the truth is that A limited edition cartridge has been produced for NES, so it is not a simple aesthetic whim and those responsible have wanted to be totally realistic and plausible until the possibility of effectively getting their title to run on the limited circuits of the old Nintendo machine.
