It comes in 2 types of power from 500GB to 1TB in 2.5 inch form. For the size of 100.45 x 69.85 x 7mm and with a weight of 47.5 grams it receives a 6 Gb / s SATA interface, its temperature ranges from 0 to 70 degrees and temperatures of -40 to 85 degrees respectively. It has a shock resistance of 1500 G / 0.5 ms and has 2,000,000 hour MTBF with a 3 year limited warranty.
Both models have similar characteristics that differ only in volume and health. They have a very high 4K reading of 50,000 IOPS and 4K of writing 65,000 IOPS of 100 TB of half terabyte model capacity and 200 TB of high power model.
Sequential sequential read / write transfer speeds of up to 520/450 megabytes per second and SLC cache support provides a 50k / 65k random write / read speed of 2.5x faster than a hard drive, but does not set as SSDs from other products.

Although its 3D NAND technology is not specified, it is probably QLC, so we are talking about the low cost type and high NAND position.
