FIFA 20: EA Sports wins Team of the Year

While the new year is only slowly picking up speed, EA Sports has now looked back and selected the team of the past year in the context of FIFA 20.

Year after year, Electronic Arts always chooses the team of the year in connection with the popular FIFA series – and now the winners for 2019 have been determined. Fans around the world had the opportunity to vote for the FIFA 20 Team of the Year and have made extensive use of it.

The result is the following eleven players, who are in the Team of the Year in 4-3-3:

2. Andrew Robertson
3. Virgil van Dijk
4. Matthijs de Ligt
5. Trent Alexander-Arnold
6. Frenkie de Jong
7. Kevin De Bruyne
8. N'Golo Kanté
9. Kylian Mbappé
10. Sadio Mané
11. Lionel Messi

On the occasion of the announcement of the Team of the Year, special TotY player items are available for a short time in FUT packs. Further details including the announcement of the new ratings of the selected players should be announced later in the week.
