Both Intel models and these Thinkpad E14 and Thinkpad E15 models from AMD have a single RAM slot so it is unlikely that there will be a dual channel that significantly affects the performance of these laptops due to the hardware limit.
They can be configured with an AMD Ryzen 7 4700U high quality model with up to 16 GB of RAM that can work on single channel Due to the aforementioned limit that only 1 RAM memory module is available.

Both Intel and AMD combine different hardware, but within the same chassis, so its communication and compatibility are likely to be the same for FHD solutions and maximum torque of 250 cd / m² with IPS technology.
In the connectivity section we find USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports in type A and USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports in D type C with DP and Power Delivery, communication HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet network and 3.5 mm jack connection.
This entry level is the first time a fingerprint reader can first log in and sign in with a finger print.
As for the composition, its screen holds up to 85% since the bottom frame is wider than the rest. The chassis, as it is always dark, promises to be durable since 12 tests have been performed United States Military Standard or MIL-SPEC. Its screen allows for a 180-degree aperture to be adjusted to user needs, as it is also IPS, with viewing angles that perfectly match this freedom of position.
We also get Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi AX (Wi-Fi 6) for the latest generation. The infrared camera (optional) is compatible with Windows Hello. The camera features a technology called Glance from the company Mirametrix that locks the computer when its owner leaves the screen. Depending on the storage configuration from 128 GB to 1 TB of PCIe NVMe SSD and 1 TB hard drive.
Not to be missed on the ThinkPad range, it comes with a red track, though it also has a track track and a high-quality keyboard that sets the series up with an island-style design that's very comfortable to work with.
In the audio section we are in front of other Harman product speakers with Dolby Audio.
No details are provided on the battery part, but it is known that the Intel version comes with 3 and 45 Wh cells, so we think it should be the same for AMD models.
The Thinkpad E14 and Thinkpad E15 AMD will be available from June 2020 at very low prices because it is the entry point for Lenovo.
ThinkPad E14 is expected at a suggested retail price of € 829. Considering the ThinkPad E15 with an RRP of € 799.
