WhatsApp is one of our favorite communication tools today in its various applications when it comes to networking with friends and family, either individually or by creating chat groups.
Sharing messages and photos for free is a way of communicating, with the goal of being able to add GIF photos or Apple Live photos to personalize more when the message you want to convey in your WhatsApp chat.
In this quick tutorial, we will show you how to easily add an action piece to your WhatsApp chats so you can use additional resources without using a text or voice memo.
Sending GIF Giphy to HelloApp
The easiest way to send a GIF to HelloApp is to use the built-in GIF function, which was first introduced in the service back in 2017. The function is to let you search through the GIF library available in Egypt and send animated clips without having to Pre-Save on your iPhone.
To find the Giphy GIF you want to send, click the & # 39; Stickers & # 39; to the right of the text entry field in your WhatsApp chat. At the bottom of the window, touch the GIF icon.
From here, you can navigate through a series of sets, or if you have a specific GIF in mind, touch the magnifying glass in the bottom left to search based on keywords and be able to sort them from the rest.
Once you find the complete GIF, tap it and tap the send icon to share it with your friends or contacts.
Convert videos to GIF
WhatsApp already lets you post existing videos, but you can convert them to a GIF if you want. The only limitation to this is that the GIF cannot last more than six seconds, so the time-lapse videos cannot be converted.
Post a video
To send a video, you must start the message and select the icon located at the top left corner of the screen. A pop-up menu will appear where you should select Photo and Video Library. Now bookmark any video and press & # 39; Submit & # 39;
Send video as GIF
If you prefer to send a file as a GIF, follow the same steps as before but be sure to select a video that lasts no more than six seconds. Once selected, you will see an option with a camera highlighted in blue with a GIF on the right.
When you touch the GIF option, the video will start playing faster. By dragging any end of the timeline, you can set the start and end points of the clip. There are also top options for gardening, add emojis, text or drawings to an image.
Posting live photos
Owners of the iPhone 6S, 6S Plus or later can also send their live photos to WhatsApp friends. However, they should first convert them to a GIF so that users of other smartphones can open them.
To do this, follow the above steps to post a video, but when you find an existing image, press hard to remove it. Swipe up and you will see a menu appear containing the & # 39; Select as GIF & # 39;
Select this and be able to add it to your message.
Post existing GIFs
It may be that over time you collect several GIFs on the back of your camera because they are included in the messages you received from other people. This is much easier to attach to new messages because of the GIF search function.
To search for a GIF, start a new message on WhatsApp, then press the & # 39; more & # 39; in the bottom left corner, select the & # 39; Photo and photo library & # 39 ;, then in the bottom left corner, you will see the icon & # 39; Search & # 39; we came up with a GIF next.
You will be shown a list of available GIFs. Select one and you will have access to editing tools including start and end points, yield and annotation.
Press the & # 39; Send & # 39; when you're done and in a few moments your friends will enjoy your video clip. It's that simple.
Post a GIF from the web
If you found a GIF on the web you want to use in the message, you can use it again. You can use dedicated sites like Giphy or simply search for them on social networks or through regular web searches.
When you find one you like, press and hold the screen until you see the option to & # 39; Copy Image & # 39 ;. Do this and go to WhatsApp, start a new message, press and hold the text field until the & # 39; Paste & # 39;
Touch this and you should see the full GIF come up with editing tools. Click on what you want and share it with your WhatsApp friends. If you want to send a GIF from your Mac, check out the article How to download WhatsApp on Mac or MacBook
