If you want to go back to Sin City but don't actually want to play the original game, you can use this GTA 5 mod.
GTA 5 The mod creator, Lunchxbles, has released its GTA version 1.0: Vice City mod. This mod brings the entire map of Sin City to GTA 5, including reworked visuals and models.
However, this is not an improvement over Sin City, so you will not be able to play any of the story missions in GTA 5, you can only explore the world of classic games from a new perspective.
Among other features, the port has tools that allow players and other modders to create custom scenes using classic characters and vehicles, which is about the same distance as when you are ready to head to the full port of Huya City.
This mod can be downloaded through GTA5-Mod, although it does require some other mods to work. The link contains all the details needed to get up and running, and you can see how it works in the trailer below.
