Coming soon for PC browser version Chrome It will allow us to combine tabs into groups with names and colors, a new way of organizing tabs that we are still waiting for on Android.
Google announced in September last year that The Chrome tab farm will be coming to Android In the weeks, but months have passed and we haven't heard any more, yet We don't have to wait that long
Group tabs in Chrome for Android
To be able to organize our tabs in groups using our Android device, we only have to use a sub function called Tab groups. We should follow these simple steps:
- By address bar type Chrome: // flags then press enter.
- Get a test job Tab groups (# enable-tab-groups) and apply (Enabled).
- Restart the browser by tapping Reboot Now for the change to be saved.
- If group tabs aren't working you can force them to clear the Chrome app cache from the system settings.
Once the change has been applied, you will see how the view of the open tabs has now changed to itself grid view. Now you can do it Drag one tab over another
In the meantime, Chrome for Android only allows editing tabs, does not allow adding words or colors as it will allow for Windows, MacOS, Linux and Chrome OS types. It is not yet known whether this development will come on mobile devices.
