According to Ubisoft ’s financial report today (May 14), the unannounced AA game, one of its biggest franchises, will be launched this year.

This applies to the current fiscal year from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. In addition to this unannounced project (which will again be awarded AAA-level games by one of Ubisoft ’s largest franchises), various other games will be launched within the same window. Check out the tweets below, which collected all the scheduled releases of Ubisoft this fiscal year.

As you can see, the games planned to be launched between now and March 31, 2021 include Assassin ’s Creed Valhalla, Watchdog Legion, Rainbow Six Quarantine, Gods and Monsters, which is Ubisoft ’s largest franchise One of the currently unannounced A-level titles, roller champions, Brawlhalla, Tom Clancy's mobile elite team and more.

Regarding how these games are affected by COVID-19, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said that the company's goals for this year are still going according to plan. With the development progress in the next few months, more accurate assessments can be made, and future plans and release dates will gradually gain more visibility.

"Given that we are currently benefiting from good development momentum, our initial goal for 2020-2021 still exists," Guillemot said in the screenshot above. "However, due to the many uncertainties that have emerged, the COVID-19 crisis requires caution. In the coming months, we will be able to better understand whether we can maintain our release plan."

Guillemot specifically mentioned the possibility that Ubisoft may decide "to postpone the release of the 3A title until 2021-2022 if the long-term potential of its lineup can be maximized."

In related news, Ubisoft announced that it will host its own digital game in July this year. It has also recently been confirmed that the "Watch Dog Legion" originally scheduled for release earlier this year will now be released with the Xbox Series X and PS5.
