Hayao Miyazaki's New Film Will Be Handled And Years Gone

Earlier it was announced that Hayao Miyazaki would be using computer animation to finish his upcoming film How Do You Live? But now, producer Studio Ghibli, Toshio Suzuki has revealed that in fact, the movie will be pulled by hand.

This movie is based on a 1937 short by Yoshino Genzaburo about a young boy who will live with his uncle after the death of his father.

In conversation with Entertainment Weekly, Suzuki said that although the novel coronavirus epidemic had stopped production in projects around the world, it had no effect on Miyazaki's future.

"We are still painting everything, but it takes us a lot of time to complete the film because we are painting so many frames," Suzuki said. “So, there are more paintings you can draw than before. Back when we did My neighbor Totoro
