Arc Sytem Works has announced via Twitter that the fighting game Guilty Gear: Strive will finally not be released in late 2020 as planned. The studio and its partners have had to postpone the launch by COVID-19. PS4 users who were planning to purchase the game will need to wait until early 2021. The release date is yet to be determined.

This new installment of Guilty Gear will offer players a new experience. For starters, developers have simplified combos. As for the available characters, they once confirmed that we will be able to play with Axel, Chipp, Potemkin, Sol, Ky, May, Millia, Zato and Faust, among others.

Although the game has undergone some changes in terms of gameplay, Arc Sytem Works assure that continues to maintain the essence of the franchise. The game was announced at EVO 2019 and since then we have seen some gameplays that have served to see how the gameplay is and the graphic section that, by the way, does not paint anything bad.
