Kaigan Games has proven that Simulacra 2 will be heading to Nintendo Switch by 2020, bringing another ton of console-related shocks.
Like its predecessor, Simulacra 2 uses the phone's interface to tell shocking, modern stories. This is after the mysterious death of the internet manager, and players will need to unify the truth by sending victim's phone messages, videos and social media.
We were not completely satisfied with the first game when it launched just last month, despite its exciting ideas. Kaigan's Games says the new game is "twisted and expandable" in the series format, but with "an endless new application, extremely sophisticated narration, live-action cast broadcasts, and a deeper look into the weird universe". Hopefully this place will make up for some of the places that were a little lacking in the first game.
Simulacra 2 is already out of iOS and Android and is slated to release on Steam on January 16. No specific date has been set for the launch of the Switch yet, although it is expected this year as noted above.
