Only a couple of days ago Nintendo confirmed the celebration of a new Pokémon Direct for next January 9, tomorrow, but until very little it was not clear what was going to be talked about this occasion. Now, thanks to the press note from Nintendo Europe, it is confirmed that Pokémon Sword and Shield will be the protagonist of this Pokémn Direct.
Nintendo's call a few days ago did not clarify much that we would see in that Pokémon Direct, but the press release from Nintendo Europe confirms that it will deal with novelties of Pokémon Sword and Shield. It is rumored that it could be something related to Pokémon Home, the storage and exchange service of Pokémon in the cloud through the Pokémon Bank. It could also be new playable content to expand the adventure of Pokémon Sword and Shield.
At the moment there is nothing confirmed, we will have to wait until tomorrow, January 9, to check what it is. It will take place at 3:30 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time)
