On Saturday night, Bethesda and ZeniMax Online Studios hosted a live show to present the year-end program for The Elder Scrolls Online. Main announcement: that of the Markarth game pack, which will conclude the adventure of the Black Heart of Skyrim, red thread of the year 2020.
As the present Bethesda, The Elder Scrolls Online players will have to “explore a new danger zone, muster unlikely allies and take on a vampire lord with his ancient army” in this pack, which will also feature a new single player arena (Vateshra Hollow) with powerful new items and collectibles to unlock. Deployed today on the test server, the Markarth pack will be released on November 2 on PC / Mac and Stadia, and on November 10 on consoles. As always, you’ll need to purchase it from the in-game Crown Store or be an ESO Plus subscriber to use it. Also note that it will be available only to those who have finished the story of the Greymoor Chapter.
While waiting for the release of this pack, its prologue is already available free of charge for all players. All you have to do is collect the “House Corbeguet Contract” from the “Quest Launchers” category of the Crown Store. Along with Gwendis, you will discover the stories that surround the supernatural army of the Gray Horde and get the “Reliquary of Dark Designs” memento by completing the two prologue quests.
Also notice to Antique Dealers: the “Lost Treasures of Skyrim” event will be held from September 23 to October 5. Players will be able to collectively unlock three levels of collectible rewards (Inner Horror Face and Body Markings, Fawn of the Vale Faded Orchid Familiar, Antiquarian’s Alpine Gallery House, and Guest Antiquarian Phèdre) by unearthing lost treasures in Tamriel. All Greymoor players will then be able to obtain unlocked items in the Crown Store for free. The event will also earn additional rewards for those who complete daily quests in Western Skyrim.
