The first iPhone 12 units will be unveiled this Friday, the day they will be back in stores and where we can physically buy them. Rumors and predictions over the first time
The Twitter account @LeaksApplePro talked about the next generation of the iPhone family. This has to be said leakage has a very good record, though its reliability has greatly improved in recent weeks. It is also important to keep that in mind It’s too early to talk about the design of iPhones for the future. Usually the design phase closes at the end of the year, probably later in this unusual 2020, so we can expect a change in the forecast.

The tweet in question made many predictions about future iPhones. First you talk about the inclusion of Touch the ID at the bottom of the screen, then in the absence of ports, the battery has been redesigned for longer durations, camera development and up to 120Hz.
Among all these predictions is one that, from what we know so far, can be accepted as good. Ming-Chi Kuo has already predicted, over a year ago, that 2021 iPhones will arrive outside the ports, at least one of the models. Similarly, 120 Hz has been rumored for a long time and was actually expected to reach this generation. As for batteries and cameras, the fact is that Apple rebuilt, modified, redesigned and upgraded, albeit small, year after year, so the iPhone 13 should not be any different.
Touch the ID at the bottom of the screen instead of the unlock button?
Now, the Touch ID sensor at the bottom of the screen is something that, although many would expect, seems to be much smaller than other predictions. Apple is known for simplifying information and features, if Face ID works it seems almost impossible to install another method such as Touch ID. Or does that mean Face ID will disappear after a major investment made by Apple? Not visible. Face ID, especially when we see it coming to new Macs with Apple Silicon, is here to stay. On the other hand, its mere presence at the bottom of the screen is also something that attracts attention. If the arrival of this program on the iPad, with its larger screen, is expected to be standardized, where will it be available? It would seem to be very compatible to use Touch ID on the unlock button, as we have seen in the iPad Air (2020).
This leak / prediction leaves many questions unanswered.
