After a second episode much lighter than its predecessor, Watch Dogs finds a more serious tone on its scenario with the Legion episode, eagerly awaited by fans. He also left the United States for Europe, offering himself his first test run in Europe with a futuristic London very attractive on paper. For an equally convincing result with the joystick in hand?
The test
Who says new city, here says new narrative framework. The first opus lingered on the fate of Aiden Pearce in the heart of a Chicago opposing gangs and hacker groups, the second made us play Marcus in a lighter context, with a San Francisco rich in references to pop culture and a nod to Silicon Valley. With London, another new approach is opening up for Watch Dogs Legion.
Ubisoft Toronto operates here a homecoming by offering us a scenario much more serious than that of its predecessor, and in the vein of the first opus therefore. The introduction puts you in the shoes of a member of the Dedsec hacker group who, by trying to prevent an attack from happening, will ultimately find himself trapped by the instigator of the attack in question. A situation with dramatic consequences for Dedsec, who then finds himself hunted down by the English authorities and must now try to assert his innocence. Under the aegis of Sabine, recognized leader of the group now forced into isolation, and Bagley, the all-round AI of the collective, you will have to recruit new supporters ready to support the cause and exonerate it in the eyes of the general public.
