A few days after the launch of the iPhone 12, (separated) complaints began to come with gun damage and new phone cameras. A week later, some users complained that these messages had disappeared.
And now it seems there is a third problem, and this time it is related to the iPhone 12 screen.
Screen Problems – Side Effects or Production Error?
Reddit users and forum members MacRumors they confirmed that the screen of the iPhone 12 and their iPhone 12 Pro is yellow.
It should be noted that, if you experience similarities, you should first go to settings before running to your nearest Apple Store: the result could be simply because you have Night Shift or True Tone enabled. You can disable these functions in ‘Settings’> ‘Display and brightness’.
If, however, your screen is still yellow, you should contact Apple as soon as possible and try to replace the device with a non-perishable screen.
The good news is that, at the moment, these complaints appear to be individual cases. But it is still difficult to ensure that it is not a production error.
Last summer, many users complained about the presence of green hue on their screens, especially in dark areas.
This turned out to be a bug for iOS 13.5 software.
