A major update of Fallout 76's "Wastelands Warrior" may be delayed until later this year, but Bethesda is already looking for players to test it.
The developer announced that it will select some PC players to try out the new update. You can register here to register a private Wastelanders server.
Registration will continue until 3pm PST on January 14, and users are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement so that you will not be able to share any videos, screenshots or information.
The Fallout developer wrote in a blog post: "We want you to join us in Appalachian to prepare for the arrival of Wastelanders." "From January 17, we will invite a small number of Fallout 76 community members to experience the early days Version of Wastelanders. During this time, we are looking for you to try new content, provide feedback and report problems you encounter in a dedicated test server (PTS).
"At the moment, we are only looking for a few hundred players to join our game test. Although this means that not everyone will be selected, we want to make sure that as many of the most active and experienced community members as possible have the opportunity to join the consideration. "
Fallout 76 is the first multiplayer game in the Fallout series, and received very stringent reviews when it was released last year. User reviews were equally brutal, and players flocked to Metacritic for game review. Many players complain about lack of NPC interaction in the game
The free Wastelanders update is designed to solve this problem by introducing a human NPC to the game along with a complete dialogue tree and tasks. Bethesda calls it "one of the largest expansions we have ever done."
