CE-105799-1 and CE-113212-0
This error occurs when we cannot connect to the server. Sony presents the following solution to the problem:
- First check the status of the PSN server on the page to see if there is any type of failure or maintenance.
- Restart your console, connect it to the internet using a landline connection, and reconfigure the network settings.
- If you are using a wireless connection, check the installation location and try moving the console closer to the router.
- Turn off the router and modem, wait 5 minutes before restarting. Update the firmware of the router.
- If possible, try to open ports: TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480 and UDP: 3478, 3479, 49152 ~ 65535.
- In the network settings, manually set an IP address.
- It can also benefit from temporarily changing DNS settings.
- If none of these steps work, the line may be busy. Please try to login later.
CE-107520-5 and CE-108889-4
This error occurs when you need to install the latest version of the software, to do so follow the steps below.
Connect your PS5 console to the internet and update it to the latest version.
If you are unable to connect to the internet, try this update using a USB device.
If you have a disc that has a newer version, it will display a screen to update.
CE-108360-8 and CE-111161-1
This error is caused by a problem with the connection status of the HD camera and the PlayStation camera.

NP-102944-0 and NP-102945-1
Occurs when the latest system software needs to be installed. This may be due to an error during the update, and for its solution you will need to restart the network equipment and the console before trying to update it again. If the error persists, try updating your console using another method such as a USB stick or game disc.
NP-102946-2
This error occurs when you need to install the latest update file. This error can occur due to a lack of space on the console.
Connect your PS5 console to the internet and install the latest update file.
If there are any errors, check your storage and if the update is still in progress.
If it continues to update, wait for it to complete. If there is not enough space, delete the data.
NP-102947-3
This error can occur with an unstable internet connection, and as a result, the latest update file cannot be found.
Restart your PlayStation 5 and connect it to the internet using a fixed connection.
Try to install the latest update file.

NP-102955-2
Your account information is not correct. You may have entered an incorrect ID or password unrelated to this account.

Currently, the service you are trying to access is undergoing maintenance. Check the status of the server and, if not, try resetting the connection settings and performing an internet connection test.
NW, WS and WV error codes
These errors occur due to issues preventing us from signing in to PlayStation Network. Although it could be a temporary error, depending on the code present we can find the error and its solution.
NW-102261-2, NW-102307-3, NW-102308-4, NW-102315-2 and NW-102650-4
An error has occurred preventing connection to the PS Network server. To solve this problem, we need to perform the following steps:
- Check the status of the PSN server on the page. Here they will tell you if there is any type of failure or maintenance.
- Restart your PS5, connect it to the internet using a landline connection, and reconfigure the network settings.

Check the status of the game server on the website or even on the PS network status page.
Wait a few minutes before trying to connect again.
WS-116420-4
An error occurred while trying to connect to the server. We detail the step by step to be carried out at this stage.
WS-116522-7
An error occurred while trying to update the system software because the latest version was not recognized.
If you are updating via the internet, restart your console, connect to the internet via cable, and reconfigure the network settings. If using Wi-Fi, move the console closer to the connection point. Finally, turn off your router or modem, wait 5 minutes and restart.
If updating via USB, download the latest version of the system and make sure the file name and save location are correct.
Using a disc, make sure it does not have fingerprints, smudges, or scratches.
WS-115195-2, WS-116439-4, WS-116521-6, WS-116449-5, WS-115338-1 and WS-115019-7
It is not possible to connect to the server, and it may be under maintenance. Check the status on the web. If this is not your case, follow these steps:
Reset the Internet connection settings of the PlayStation 5 and perform the Internet connection test.
