December PS Plus games are now available on the PlayStation Store until January 4. The same happens with Bugsnax, which was part of the November catalog but will last two months on the service and can also be downloaded until January 4.

This month in the service there are a total of 3 games, two for PS4 (backward compatible) and one for PS5 that will also have a PS4 version. This is already the second month that PS Plus does not provide an exclusive next gen game, however, Sony cannot do too much since they are the developers that, despite launching a PS5 version, also continue to launch their game on PS4, something also very logical.

Titles without improvements

Just Cause 4 and Rocket Arena are the PlayStation 4 games and neither Avalanche Studios nor Final Strike Games have announced that their titles will have visual improvements on PlayStation 5. This is probably not the case since they would have already notified by now, especially Avalanche and Just Cause 4, studio and recognized franchises.

Rocket Arena would also benefit greatly from the new PS5 hardware as it is a competitive game. However, in its day it was criticized for the lack of support from the developers, so it unfortunately seems an abandoned game.

The case of Worms Rumble is different, it resembles Fall Guys since it arrives on the service the same day of its launch and can also be purchased on PC. It’s also targeting multiplayer as the game represents the return of the worm franchise with cute, cartoonish designs.

However, this lap also represents a change as the turn-based strategy changes to real-time shooting. The game modes are also updated with a deathmatch mode and another battle royale in which 32 players compete on a stage that we see from the side of the screen. So it’s a real-time shooter, but not a conventional one.
