During the Game Awards of 2019, the “new” Telltale Games caused a stir by broadcasting a teaser for the continuation of one of their best episodes without warning. It was good to believe the studio would follow suit this year. You have to be patient with your pain.

Because the web was starting to get excited and there was no question about leaving too much room for hopes that might be killed by what might be cruel depression and class actions, Telltale Games intervened on the site’s social media to talk about The Wolf Among Us 2 to speak, terribly absent.

A year ago we surprised the video game community by announcing that we have started production of a new season of The Wolf Among Us. Since then, the team has worked hard and continued on their mission to get the game back online. many tell-tale classics. We released the Telltale Batman Series: Shadow Edition earlier this year, and then a Tales from Monkey Island Edition. This week we have Wallace & Gromits Grand Adventures, Strong Bad’s cool game for attractive people, and Telltale Texas Hold ‘Em!
We know you can’t wait to find out more about The Wolf Among Us 2. And we can’t wait to tell you more when the time is right. What we can say is that we are developing at the same time all season and there is still a long way to go before we are ready to share what the people of Fabletown can expect. Now is not the time.
As for the questions about other Telltale titles, some games have returned to the owners of the licenses and their fate is currently out of our hands.
For the time being, see us as fans – just like you! We’re a team dedicated to the Telltale Legacy and Storytelling games to celebrate the classics with an eye to the future. And believe us, when the time is right we will have a lot to say.
