We are talking in this case about the money they give us to sell items. If we focus on the gems, some of the most valuable items, we see that many have lowered their sale prices. In the sequel Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, they give us less money to sell them to merchants.
You already know that in this title, as in the first part, there are several gemstones and minerals which can be found and used for various purposes like getting rupees in exchange. These gems can be found in mineral deposits, hidden chests, or as rewards for completing in-game challenges. Sometimes they can also be obtained by defeating enemies or trading with certain characters.
