You can get the Corel Chocobo in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth by paying 300 Gil for a rental pass at Rent-a-Bird Stables. You will need to complete the Costa del Sol main story quests and leave the Seaside Inn before you can use a Chocobo.
You can find Rent-a-Bird Stables at the location shown on the map below. If the icon does not appear on your map, you will need to go through the story further to unlock it.
After paying the Gil to get the Rental Pass, you will get the Corel Chocobo who is already wearing a cute new Costa del Sol outfit.
