Gamescom 2019, as it happens this year at E3 2019, it sounds like a very quiet year for the German conference – but one difference from 2018 is in fact there are several media conferences to be met.
The headliner was hosted by Geoff Keighley – of The Game Awards fame – with numerous announcements by some of the top organized publishers, including some food from PlayStation, which won't have its show for a second year. Blizzard, which normally has its Gamescom conference, will not reveal anything at the show at all.
At that time, first-party publishers Xbox and Google Stadia will have their own dedicated conferences, and though Nintendo makes a brief indie-focused show, expect nothing from its in-house studios. That said, many of its games will be played for those in attendance.
With next-generation consoles not being paid until the holiday in 2020, don't expect anything big from Gamescom 2019 – but the crossing fingers will still be a surprise or two in store.

Although not a Gamescom conference, its time alongside other shows makes it worth highlighting.
Don't expect a fictitious reveal compared to Nintendo Direct, but this 20-minute clip should give you some indie games coming to Switch that you might be interested in in the coming weeks and months.

As in previous years, Xbox will manage Gamescom's exclusive edition of Inside Xbox. We know that the first team release of this year Gears 5 will show the new Horde game, and there are also many Ghost Recon Breakpoint players that show up and take a look at Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, Empire of Sin, PUBG, Battletoads, Blair Witch and Age of Empires.
It sounds a lot to go through. That said, last year we saw Halo News: The Master Chief Collection joining Xbox Game Pass and PUBG leaving early access, so expect any news to be that number.

Stadia's second platform – which is Nintendo Direct-style for its upcoming streaming service – will take place ahead of the show's title: Open Life.
We know that "it's all about the games" and that it will "reveal new trailers to leave scenes with our partners".
We have an idea for an existing Google Stadia game – but a lot of information, including what we hope to be for each game's price and times, may be accepted.

The conference, hosted by Geoff Keighley, features dozens of on-board publishers – with 2K, activation, Bandai Namco, Bungie, Capcom, EA, Epic, Koch / Deep Silver, publisher of the private Kerbal Space Program , Sony Entertainment category. , Ubisoft and more of them, so expect lots of trainers and more new discoveries.
One game we know for sure will feature Dead Stranding, which will have a "special preview" from Hideo Kojima. At that time, Google Stadia and Xbox will be on hand, though with their previews earlier in the day, which will eventually showcase the Gears 5 campaign.
