How to redeem codes in Zenless Zone Zero

Before you can start redeeming codes in Zenless Zone Zero, you must first complete the Prologue Mission, “Business x Strangeness x Justness.” This will unlock the mailbox feature where you can find regular HoYoverse mail and the rewards you earn from the codes, as well as the ability to redeem the codes themselves. Rewards you earn from codes will always be sent to this mailbox and must be redeemed from the mail they are attached to before being added to your inventory.

If the rewards do not arrive in your mail immediately, try closing and restarting Zenless Zone Zero. Keep in mind, however, that you can only use a code once per account character.

When it comes to redeeming the codes themselves, you can do so either in-game or through the official exchange website by logging into your account. Since Zenless Zone Zero is technically not released yet, this website is not live and therefore we cannot confirm the exact details of how redeeming codes through it will work. We can, however, tell you that you must redeem the codes in the game.

Redeem codes in-game

To redeem a Zenless Zone Zero code in-game, you must:

1. Open the game menu in the upper left corner by pressing ESC on PC, Options on PlayStation 5, or tapping it on mobile.
2. Select “More”.
3. Select “Redeem Code”.
4. Enter one of the codes listed above.
5. Select “Redeem”.
6. Check your in-game mail to get the rewards.

Expired codes for Zenless Zone Zero

If you try to redeem a code, but Zenless Zone Zero keeps saying no, you may be using an expired code. (Although it’s always worth checking if you’ve entered it correctly.)
