Scout Class techniques
The first thing to keep in mind as a sniper – sorry, Scout – in Warfield 1 is to adjust your zeroing range, shown below on the right is your ammo clip. It makes a noticeable difference in your accuracy across different levels, which will help when you're a category that is completely focused on one kill from a range.
In the case of a range, your distance from the target is more important than before in Battlefield 1. Your guns – especially those found at you at the beginning of the trial – can suffer quite a bit in the long range, with significant tracking variations. In fact, the Scout class is much more efficient than the mid-range range, rather than pure distance range – it's probably the right artistic indication given the amount of time, and the amount of gadget that goes into modern gun control far today.
When it comes to self-attack action, you want to find the rhythm of seeing a target quickly, scanning, shooting, and returning to take action in another round, while attacking your next enemy. As you enter the transition, you will be amazed at the success you may have – but keep in mind that distance is no different when it varies between the range, which also takes some practice.
Finally, age-related Scout tips: don't stay in the same place for too long. Even if you have a large number of successes, sleeping in the same place makes you a simple flanking target or other hidden sniper. In a killcam age, it's also easy to find yourself with a knife in the back as a retaliation that kills bitter enemies who know exactly where you are. Take a few shots, and re-move, cycling between your favorite places regularly.
