Best Grace Build
We have more detailed explanations and alternative choices below, but at a glance, here’s what we consider to be the best Grace build in Zenless Zone Zero:
- Best weapon:S-rank fusion compiler.
- Best Training Disc Set:4 members of Freedom Blues and 2 members of Hormone Punk.
- Best team:Rina and Anton.
How to play Grace
Your goal with Grace is to Shock enemies as quickly as possibleSo you can switch to your main damage dealer and apply additional shock damage every time it hits an enemy. There are two ways to quickly apply Grace’s Shock:
- Spam his usual special attack.
- Build up eight Zap stacks with his basic attack and dash attack, then use a normal or EX special attack to increase the Electric Anomaly stack.
The more you improve Grace’s basic passive skills, the more effective the second option becomes. You can also combine the two playstyles and combine the three different attacks to create stacks of electric effects while using her usual special attack.
To use Grace’s special passive buff when another Electric or Belobog character is in the team, be sure to try and use Grace’s EX special attack before applying the shock to increase the Shock damage taken by enemies. This effect can stack up to two times and each enemy can trigger it once per use, but it resets when the Shock effect ends.
Remember to switch back to Grace when the shock effect ends to reapply it, and you’ll master her basic abilities as a secondary DPS support.
Grace’s Best Teams
Grace’s best team is with Rina and Antonas Rina provides a team-wide penetration ratio boost when her puppets are on the field, and Anton is currently the best Electro attacker in the game who also has a faction buff with Grace.
If you don’t have Rina and Anton (or don’t want to use them), Grace can still be good in a team with other characters Electric and Belobog. Pairing her with Anby This isn’t a bad choice, as stunned characters are invaluable, and Anby has the Electric attribute, meaning she can activate Grace’s Core Passive bonus. Ugly and Grace can create a great Anomaly team by applying Shock and Burn to trigger the Disorder reaction, but it’s not the best Anomaly team out there, as you need Ben in the last slot to make Koleda the best possible. This means you’ll need to use Grace or Koleda in a more offensive role to compensate for the lack of a suitable Attack character.
Grace can also be used on teams without Electric or Belobog teammates if you want some extra shock damage while she’s off the field, but keep in mind that she may not be the best choice if you have a similar character of a different attribute or faction that synergizes more with the team.
Best Grace Drives
We believe that the 4 pieces from the Freedom Blues group is the best set of Conduct Discs for Grace in Zenless Zone Zero, as its 2 pieces increase Anomaly Mastery and its 4 pieces reduce the target’s Anomaly Stack Resistance to Grace’s (Electric) attribute for eight seconds.
Since Grace already has a low energy cost, Swing Jazz is not as useful on her as it is on other characters, so we recommend equipping it Hormone Punk like Grace’s 2-piece disc for its 10% attack boost. However, if you have trouble activating her EX special attack while playing as Grace, switch to the 2-piece disc Jazz swing.
Grace’s Best Weapons
Rank S Fusion Compiler is Grace’s best weapon in Zenless Zone Zero due to its passive increase in penetration ratio, attack boost, and anomaly control when Grace uses a Special Attack or EX Special Attack – a core move in Grace’s kit. This effect lasts for eight seconds and can stack three times.
For Tier A weapon options, we recommend Electro lip gloss
If you’re running a messy team with Grace, or her electric teammates have a quick application of Shock, then Grace’s second best A-tier option is actually Gemini cryingas it boosts Grace’s Anomaly Mastery by up to four times when a squad member inflicts an Attribute Anomaly on an enemy. Keep in mind that this effect expires when the target recovers from the stun or is defeated.
While waiting to get one of these options, you can also use Rank B Alpha Magnetic Storm for its attack and anomaly mastery boosts, or the Magnetic Storm Bravo for his Anomaly skill boost.
Best wishes for the Grace building in Zenless Zone Zero!
