Our complete range of Rise of the Tomb Raider, including Challenge Tomb, lunch side, popular weapon and interactive guides.
Lara Croft's reboot sessions continue in the sequel to the 2013 Tomb Raider. Older and less stubborn than a broken shipwreck ever to appear in the game, Lara is now a tight-knit fan of the same desire to prove the lies made by her father, toff analyst Lord Croft. His quest takes him, just in time to set up in Syria, to the Siberian mountains in search of – you guessed it – a lost city and a powerful ancient artefact. He and Nathan Drake should compare notes sometime.
Just like in the last game, Crystal Dynamics has created a mix of precise steps to make "RPG-lite" character development, and give you all the motivation for survival. A good liner is a line, but it takes you to a few tricky places lined with side-challenges, challenges, and best of all, the Tombs' strange option: the secret ruins where you'll need to solve a complicated puzzle to unlock the powerful Lara's place. But first, you'll have to find them.

The start of the resurrection of the Tomb Raider Walkthrough
Mountain Peak
This first place is a movement lesson and introduces a way of climbing and jumping, so it's time to donate your winter gear and prepare yourself for some ice acrobatics.
Down the mountain
Follow Jonah near the skies and after a few meters there will be a small rocklide, A few feet ahead of a very large rock will send you in the fall of your result and cause a Quick Event (QTE). Press X to hold the trace, then follow the output on the screen and make your way to the side of the road on the right. Climb up the rocks, approach the solid ice, and use your snowmobile to climb. When you reach the top, turn left, skip the gap, and skip your waiting partner.
Guide the path and go through the cave. We pull over to the small line, then skip the ice. When you reach the top, jump up and grab the trunk, then jump across the small gap, along the ledge, and catch the next snowfall. The more you walk in it, the bigger the boat will break leaving you with more space to chat. Jump it up and hit X to get in, causing another QTE. Hit the X to save yourself from falling down to your safety, then climb to the top right, then jump over the gap.
Tragedy strikes, but thankfully, Jonah can hold it. As you move from the end of the rope, use the LS to switch back and forth to create momentum, and then use the X to hold the ice as you get close enough. Once you catch it, climb up, then run to your right to escape the avalanche.
You are alone now, and there is no time to hang – if you stand too long, the game is over. Follow the path and jump onto the wooden platform, then onto the next platform. Look at the roof of the plane, taking care not to crash the edges of the falling snow. Next, stand on the roof next to the aircraft engine and quickly jump to the bar attached to the side of the aircraft, and exit to the zipline.
After dumping on the zipline you will descend to the slope. Hit the X where you are told to slow down your background and grab a trace, then quickly jump to your right and run for safety. Run forward to the falling rock, and when you reach the end, jump and catch the snow.
Syria
A brief Flashback that now serves as an introduction to the puzzle and interactive gameplay, Sun, Sand, and Brain Enchantment is expected from the characters before.
Lost Tomb
After the cutscene you will find yourself shocked and confused and on your way down. Follow it, then climb up to your right and enter the cave. When you reach the RS press the room to activate Survival Instinct and highlight their interests. Examine the drawings and plaque on the wall to enhance your Greek ability, and explore the monolith to uncover the Coin Cache area on your map. Follow it, then point to the cracked brick wall and inspect it and use your ax to break through.
The Hidden Oasis
Direct the path to your left, cross a small gap, and climb a brick pillar. Follow the left handles to the top, and make your way toward the left balance. It will start to fall as you pass through it, so be prepared to make the jump on solid ground. Jump and climb into the corner, cross the gap, flick to your right, drag yourself to the entrance of the temple and into the darkness.
