Scosglen Altar of Lilith locations in Diablo 4 at a glance
An “Altar of Lilith” is a statue you can interact with to receive a small stat boost, and these are scattered throughout each of Diablo 4’s regions.
The stat boost provided differs between each statue and is a permanent boost given to the stats of all characters you have saved on the same realm – although you can still find them per character if you wish, as they contribute 10 points to your fame for the region in which it is located.
The stat boost given is an additional +2 points added to your main base stats: Strength, Intelligence, Willpower, and Dexterity.
These altars do not appear on your map until you find them, but can be identified in the world by their glowing red lights.
When you claim an altar, you’ll see a pop-up as shown below that will indicate what boost that statue has provided – there’s no way to check this later, so keep a close eye on the left side of the screen if you are curious about the boost provided.
In this guide, we’re focusing on the Scosglen area, and you can see an overview of locations for all 34 Altars of Lilith via the map below:

All Scosglen Altar of Lilith locations in Diablo 4
You officially enter Scosglen as part of the “An Unscheduled Visit” campaign quest. While you can technically go to this area at any time, at first the enemies will be one level up, and you might want to wait until you’re later in the story or just one level up before to fully engage in this research.
Altars of Lilith found in Scosglen are located in the various areas of the region, and each area has several to find.
Some of these altars are more hidden than others, but below we have an ordered list, starting with the ‘Western Lowlands‘ which you will visit as part of the Act 2 opening quest.
Keep in mind that three altars are located in each of the three fortresses in Scosglen, while another requires you to progress to a later point in Act 2 to gain access to an area containing one of these altars – you are free to return to the game at any time to pick up one of them and we will explain the specifics of each later.
