Elden Ring Morne Tunnel Tour
You will find the location between Little Erdtree and Ailing Village. Here is the location on the map where you can identify and enter the tunnel entrance:
During the elevator ride to the tunnels, you can leave the platform and find a Forge Stone in the side corridor.
Then follow the hallway down into a large room with several ghouls, who will become alert. Straight ahead is a ladder leading up, which ends in a dead end with a Explosive stone
Swing carefully across the wooden beam to the right, kill the sleeping monster, and head through the passage next to it. Go down the steps to the abominations guarding a corpse with 1x Golden Rune (2).
The straight passage (south) ends at a small hut with a treasure chest containing 1x Exalted Chair. The corpse next to him has 1x Golden Rune (4).
In the small side well, which ends in a dead end, there is still 2x Large Glintstone Debris.
Leave the area and walk towards the northwest tunnels. The corpse next to the miners splits 1x Stop bolus.
You will reach the large room that you could see earlier from above. On the right, there are some ghouls attacking a corpse. You will find 2x Arteria Leaf there.
The passage on the left ends in a dead end with 1x soft cotton. The only remaining passage is the one on the right, behind the brute. It leads directly to the boss.
How to defeat the Morne Tunnel Scaly Misbegotten boss in Elden Ring
The Scaly Misbegotten is the boss of the Morne Tunnels. It is a slightly more advanced version of the smaller enemies present on the path.
He wields a two-handed axe and performs quick attacks that you can see coming. Dodge the wielder and you have a nifty attack window, especially since the beast as a boss can’t take that much early on anyway.
The monster has to work very hard to land a hit, making it easy to avoid. Then, always follow up with other attacks. You can even KO the monster with a shield counterattack.
Other than that, the fight is pretty dull. Every now and then, the monster will get carried away with a jump attack. Other than that, it just uses the same attacks over and over again – not much else happens here.
Complete it quickly to complete this dungeon and your rewards will be 2000 runes and the Rusty Anchor armed.
