The first person on the Swindling Seminar lineup is Thirsty Usain. To check his information, you must first go to the Bail Jumper Bar, in the northwest corner of Corel Prison.
Once you arrive here, interact with the mug on the bar, to the left of the bartender. If this is a Cosmo Canyon, Usain is telling the truth. If it’s anything else, Usain is lying.
You can also speak with the Bail Jumper bartender to collect another stream for the Piko subquest.

The second person in the Swindling Seminar lineup is Knucklehead Toya. To check his information, you need to go to the weapons store located in the middle of Corel Prison, on the other side of where the seminar is taking place.
Be careful when you enter because if you spill something you can’t check the seller’s stock. So, slowly walk towards the vendor, then check if he sells potions. If they do, Toya tells the truth, but if they don’t, she lies.

The third person you need to determine whether or not they are lying is Sloppy Shawn. To check your information, you have to go to the small Maghanata bookstore, near the arms seller.
In the bookstore, inspect the pile of books to the left of the seller. If she mentions Garth’s autobiography “Meditations on the Subordinate Life”, then Shawn is telling the truth, but if the seller names something else, Shawn is lying.

Next up in the Swindling Seminar is the fourth person, Squinty Rachel. To check if she’s lying or not, you need to return to Gus’s compound, all the way to the west, near the Desert Rush mini-game store.
Outside, at the bottom of Gus’ compound, look at the wall to the left of the stairs leading up to the building. If there’s a photo of Stamp the dog here, then Rachel is telling the truth. If there’s no photo of Stamp, then she’s lying.

The fifth and final person you need to find the correct answer to during the Scam Seminar in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is Blowhard Georgie. To check this information, head to the Beast Battleground arena, which is down the ladder in the large circular hole southeast of Corel Prison.
Participate in all battles and write down the names of the monsters. If you encounter a Bug 0, Georgie tells the truth, but if you don’t, he lies.
Once you have verified all five pieces of information, return to Conniving Caglio and give him your answer. If you understand correctly, it will give you a green for Piko.
